Pocket52 is a gaming company where I worked as a UX designer  for 14 months refining the product from one game application to multi gaming platform.

 

I was the first member of UX Design team, I created a structure for market research, user research, wireframing, prototyping, etc in the company.

WHAT IS POCKET 52_.png

Pocket52 is a Bengaluru based E-Sports Platform that brings live games such as Poker, Callbreak and Rummy to devices with real-time multiplayer actions. It is a real money app which not only helps its users make pocket money but also to play as professional players.

Vision of Pocket 52 : To become a leading gaming & entertainment company in terms of quality of service by developing talent and skills. It aims to achieve quality & service distinction while providing the most of the game's excellence.

 

Mission of Pocket 52 : The mission is to create safe, regulated & responsible gaming with a positive impact on global society.

MY ROLE.png

My role as a UX Designer was to :


-   Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback
-   Conduct Secondary Research and Primary research in order to improvise the existing solutions

-   Add other interesting features to the product, like rewards program, 1 step KYC verification, stories on home to name a few.
-   Create Application Flow, Wireframe, Page layouts, Conceptual design, High/Low Fidelity Prototyping
-   Incorporate customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experience.
-   Conduct user research & analyze it to resolve complex problem spaces

-   Design simple and user-friendly solutions

Redesigned the Home screen for both mobile and web in order to make it a multi gaming platform.

Designed the deposit & withdrawal flow which also included how a user verifies KYC.

Revamped Rummy with respect to the Pocket52 design, made it independent from the vendor's design.
